My thoughts are with the Japanese as they went through this hard ordeal. CNN mentions that about 50 countries will be affected by this disaster. I just heard from my friend that some part of my country was also affected by it. Because my house is close to the beach, I pray that my family members and close friends are safe.
Lastly, don't lose hope Japan. You can get through this hard time.
